New Year's Eve

It's hard to believe it is the last day of 2008. It's also hard to believe our girls are two weeks old today! We had to visit Dr. Leeper today, and both girls are doing SO great! Joel & I are very proud parents. Since our visit last week, they have each gained 8 oz and now weigh 4lbs 14oz, almost five pounds! Their color looks good, and they are right where they should be developmentally and everything else. Thank you, Lord!
Nighttime is going a little better, thankfully the girls are starting to be more awake during the day, and not waking up as much during the night. Overall, both Natalie & Kennedy are really happy babies, and rarely fuss unless it's time to eat. It's fun having them be more awake and to just watch them. We are loving parenthood and know we need to enjoy every moment, so we are!!! We thank God every day for creating these two little ones and entrusting Joel & I to raise them. It's truly a joy.
